Weekly Roundup #37

Hmm.. what have I got for you this week? Quite a lot as usual! I finished off my last week at uni; my last shift at work, last meal with friends etc

At work, my boss took me to Frankie and Benny's for a goodbye meal - potato skins, pizza and waffles!

I bumped into my pal Aly D, I cooked us some spag bol and then we went to her new pad for a cuppa, check out her cool green tea proper leaves - super fancy.

Obviously Rosi and I had to have one last coffee shop date

and we actually went for a wax, pedicure and picnic before I left too which was nice :)

A good bye chocolate box enjoyed with Theana

This was the same evening as the final meal with friends (separate post!)

and also the same evening as the ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE. (Separate post again ;) )

a funny letter from Thomas

and BED SHOPPING YIIPPEEEEEE! (yay for redecoration)

Looking back on this feels like it was months ago, but it really wasn't. I'm enjoying my time at home a lot, it's lovely to spend much needed time with family, but I am seriously looking forward to Michael being home soon!!

p.s. my Granddad is my newest reader - HI GRANDDAD!!

Weekly Roundup #34

Are you ready for possibly the longest weekly catch up I will ever write? It's more like a monthly catch up, and there are gona be so many photo's I'll have to make them a medium size rather than large. I have been up to lots, but most of it has been sat at my laptop, writing away. I'm thoroughly enjoying my latest project though, so this is certainly not a complaint.

Whilst looking over everything I'm about to post about, I've noticed it's mainly drinks haha. I've moved away from my food and just onto the drinks it appears!

we had a course gathering - always tonnes of food and prosecco!
I made veggie keema, Rosi had peach ginger tea
(huge post, little break here)

Weekly Roundup #33

Another super busy Leeds week. I need to take some time out to start my next essay! I will definitely get to it this week. This photo week started last Sunday with banana bread and chocolate at Theana's watching Harry Potter!

I tried a new porrige recipe, mmm, and I met with Harriet and Alyna for a cuppa/juice

Where we found this sweet origami crane

at a sleepover I had taco's for the first (and last) time, and we played coppit, ha!

It was my boss' birthday

I had fajitas with Tzatiki

and today I have created something new -eggy bread bacon sandwich. oh yes. I went there.

I can't chat too much today as I'm sorting my to-do list so I can start reading for my essay. Some firemen popped to my residence already today and I had to tour them without any make up on.. yay for spot inspections. Have you had a good week?

Weekly Roundup #24

So this week was incredibly hindered by the snow, one lecture cancels and few buses running. I took the time to get my room organised, I love it when papers are in their place!

During a busy Wednesday I took an hour to myself to finish reading the Goblet of Fire and have a jam flapjack, mmm

Nando's were so generous with our raffle prizes, they are such a lovely business!
and I also loved this chest in their store.

Thorntons were also overly generous.. Stella was an absolute babe and I'm so grateful!

The ridiculous snow.. grit made no difference!

I have also been making the wall above my laptop look pretty so I'm filled with inspiration whilst I'm writing.
Lots of baby photo's (her face isn't a big blur, I'm respecting my sisters wishes of not sharing photo's), and also lots of Michael's to remember all the cool things we've done!

So many curls with my curling wand

Mini Jam pots. So sweet. Not sure what I'm gona use it for but it's too pretty to throw away.

My Hyacinth is growing away, gona have flowers in no time :)

Next week is going to be filled with a literature review so I don't know if I'll get round to blogging, but hopefully I will! What are you up to next week? Any good plans?
