What's up with my heart when it skips a beat

I gave blood yesterday, (It was a traumatic affair, my veins jump about, I won't get into it - but the bandages are because I'm allergic to plasters not anything scary), but it marked my tenth donation, so I got  a lovely little thank-you pack which was very nice!

in the pack you got a certificate, a letter and a badge/brooch

and as usual, I had my obligatory orange-club bar, and did something Michael and I did in primary school

It was a nice little surprise that I wasn't expecting and made all the mishaps that bit more worth it :)
