Early Birthday Celebrations

I asked my mum if we could have a birthday BBQ again this year - it was very nice last year (she likes a lotta variety and so do I!) so I wanted a repeat. It was a couple of days earlier than my actual day of birthday this year, as my favourite person is back on that day and we're going to have to get him from the airport!

I had pimms, twoooo cakes, lots of chicken, vegetable kebabs, sausages, burgers and lamb, and I spent it with some wonderful people :)

Farewell BBQ

During the good weather we had in the first weekend of June, I invited lots of friends to my residence for a farewell BBQ! All of them started their first uni days here as freshers, so it seemed apt for them to come back for the final send off. Everyone brought something to the table and there was plenty of food left over (which never happens!), so it was certainly good. Plus the weather stayed nice which was great.

Weekly Roundup #7

mmm I'm currently watching saturday kitchen best bites (man I can't wait for the proper show to be back!) and a lady has asked for some lavender ice cream and bizarrely enough I'd love to try some!! I'd also like to be a bee farmer so I can make honey. Dreams eh?

It's been a super week and I'm a little sad that I only have one more week until I'm back to uni :( I know I love it when I get there and I always get apprehensive going back, but it't still hard!
